 NT. the .net
 frame work will function but the IIS portion will not.

 If you want to use ASP.net the you need to update to Windows 2000

Double oops; the programmer just sent me email with a question about your reply...

Is that specific to ASP.NET, or any of .NET Languages? I was planning on doing this 
using C#. If
you think this will still be a problem, that's fine I will do in VB6. The process you 
described to
me would not be using IIS or attempting to do anything via web.
