Re: [Declude.JunkMail] Upgrades Concerns

2006-10-31 Thread Brian T.

Thanks,

I guess that this issue is present, because since
upgrading to Imail 8.22 I have had problems with the spool and overflow folders
filling up.

I just got off the phone with Ipswitch and they
concluded that the problem lies with Declude not completing the sending of the
messages.

We set the smtp server back to Ipswitch and all
messages went out with no problem.

We switched it back and the spool is filling up
again.

Anyone know how to get ahold of a sales person at
Declude? I tried the phone number and got the sales mailbox but the
voicemail is full and you can not leave a message.

Any one have any ideas to try and fix the
problem.

Thanks in advance,

Brian T.

There is a minor compatability problem with 8.2x
and 1.82 in the form of an occasional memory leak - shouldn't be an issue with
lower volumes. We ran on this configuration for a
while. Declude 4.X works fine with 8.22.

I am getting ready to update Imail to version
8.2x.

I presently have declude version
1.82.

Are there any concerns, compatabilty issues or
other potential problems with running Declude 1.82 and Imail 8.2x?

I don't want to have to fix Declude as well as
Imail.

IMail made changes to their product in 8.22 making Declude
2.x and prior incompatible with IMail this is an IMail issue not Declude. We
therefore had to change the way Declude worked in order to accommodate IMail ver
8.2x and above, we have done this with Declude 3.x and 4.x

If you can get a newer download, it will run for at least a week
without a proper code. That will give you time to get the code.
