Is there a way to have an ip4r test match on several specific matchstring
values?
No, there is not.  You would need to define one test for each matching value.

I don't want to make a rule for each string I want to match, as
this would do a DNS lookup for each string test.
Actually, with v1.75, only one lookup will be performed, even if there are 
multiple tests defined.

Is there a way to have an ip4r test match on several specific matchstring

ie, could I do something like:
