RE: [Declude.JunkMail] Could not move spam to hold! error since 2.0.6?
In your $default$.junkmail where you have a HOLD as an Action try putting a %DATE% after eg: WEIGHT20HOLD %DATE% David B www.declude.com -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Todd Ryan Sent: Monday, April 18, 2005 11:57 AM To: Declude.JunkMail@declude.com Subject: [Declude.JunkMail] Could not move spam to hold! error since 2.0.6? Hi all, Running Declude Junkmail Pro 2.0.6 on Imail 8.15. I upgraded Declude to 2.0.6 from 2.0.5 on 4/15 and have gotten a few of these seemingly randoml log errors every day since. Nothing else on the server changed but Declude. 04/15/2005 11:19:37 QDB810281006E1D24 ERROR: Could not move spam to hold! So forgive me if it's been covered. It appears to be happening with messages addressed to multiple users and some are configured to WARN and others configured to HOLD. Is anyone else seeing these? Re: [Declude.JunkMail] Could not move spam to hold! error since 2.0.6?
In your $default$.junkmail for the hold action you would like to move what is the syntax that you are using. It appears as if the path might be wrong. Re: [Declude.JunkMail] Could not move spam to hold! error since 2.0.6?
I don't have a HOLD action in $default$.junkmail. I use REDIRECTs for individual accounts. One of the redirect files named level2.junkmail has SPAMBOUNCEHOLD AgainI did not change ANYTHING except upgrade declude.exe from 2.0.5 to 2.0.6. And I HOLD hundreds of messages every day. But less than half a dozen times each day, I'm getting these errors when messages addressed to multiple recipients where some are redirected to level2.junkmail (thus getting the HOLD action) and others just get WARN. This is the only file that has a HOLD action and there are no parameters. 99% of the time this HOLD action is invoked, it's working just fine. --Todd. Re: [Declude.JunkMail] Could not move spam to hold! error since 2.0.6?
I'm not familiar with the %DATE% parameter. It must be new. But why would it make a difference? I've always just had: TESTNAMEHOLD And it's worked fine until now. --Todd.
