I was just wondering if there is anyway to catch this, maybe declude is
decoding something?  Should I leave out the %? I was just surprised not to
see this fail the filter test.
You should leave out the % -- otherwise, Declude JunkMail will assume 
that you are using a variable.

Also, what are the numbers in brackets after the tests now? [2-15-7800]
They are just part of one of the interim releases, and I believe have been 
removed in the latest interim.
