Re: [Declude.JunkMail] BL tests failing to run
It seems that my declude pro has quit running the blacklists tests and is only acting on the routing, spamheaders and weight type tests. The log files clearly show this but I deleted old log files so I dont know when it started exactly. I have a few other servers that it is working fine on and the config files are nearly identicle In other words the ORDB, Spamcop etc are not being tested, what should I look for or do? The first thing to do is to check to make sure that the first DNS server listed in the IMail SMTP settings is still up and running -- that's the one that Declude JunkMail will use by default. Most likely, it isn't working anymore, in which case you should take it out of the list of DNS servers. Alternatively, you can hard-code a specific DNS server for Declude JunkMail to use, by adding a line DNS 127.0.0.1 (replacing the 127.0.0.1 with the IP address of your DNS server) to your \IMail\Declude\global.cfg file. -Scott --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] --- This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing list. RE: [Declude.JunkMail] BL tests failing to run
Hmmm, that's strange, because my DNS has always been hardcoded and ip4r lookups still were not working for me with 1.54, but reverting back to 1.53 fix it for me. I am using the beta 1.54 Its working now so thats good enough for me, besides my breasts are already a good size :-) Have a great day! RE: [Declude.JunkMail] BL tests failing to run
Yep, I tried all of that, as well, and ip4r queries still did not work until I reverted back to 1.53. Scott could probably elaborate, but he told me that he knew what the problem was and to stay at 1.53 until 1.55 came out. I guess my particular situation must just be a strange one...
