[DUG]: setting of parallel port pins in nt
Hi, Has anybody written some code for nt which can set a couple of pins on the parallel port? It is no problem with 95/98 but nt doesn't let you write stuff to the appropriate address. Hi. NT DOES let you write to the approp. address, BUT it still controls it, and doesnt do anything with the instructionsfrom what I understand. BUT I registred TVicPort, there is a shareware version also, from http://www.greymatter.co.uk/gmWEB/items/00017157.HTM It has a device driver for NT and 95/98 and on OCX with it. It is really good, and worth every $$. I wanted to do the same thing as you, i.e. set a pin hi or low on the LPT port.
