Do you have a link leading to Rizal's propositions?

Also, from my side, even if I know we won't be changing the artwork
before version 7, the sooner we can get rid of the current triangle
artwork, the better.

From the LibreOfficeFR channel, I have received lots of complain about
them. Don't forget the splashscreen loader is the very first image
someone installing/launching LibreOffice for the first will see.

Heiko, I know we spoken in person about this topic at the last FOSDEM,
but I remember during these 6.x series, there was some open contest
about the artwork and unfortunately the one we didn't want to have has
been chosen (the triangle version). This time, better to restrict the
final choice to the community. I have worked in a startup for 5 years
where some communication work was being made and the client always ended
up choosing the solution that shouldn't be used/the least appealing :(

Regards,

The NB keyboard shortcut is very important for accessibility. It one of
a big blocker for user.

Is it possible if someone implement first time wizard to choose interface?

best would be to fill a bug report and I can do the ui changes.

As for having a dev to work on bugfixing I completely agree with you.

As long as there is no developer how will do bugfixing for at least 2
releases we don't have to talk about change defaults.

Maybe we can show an startup configuration dialogue or like ubuntu did
show how to change to another layout.

It looks good, so suitable in tablet/mobile mode. But not in
laptop mode. If only LibreOffice has adaptability with
mouse/keyboard recognizition such as in continumm in Windows 10 or
  convergence in Unity 8 Ubuntu.

[libreoffice-design] New Set of LibreOffice Impress Template Design

2016-09-04 Thread Rizal Muttaqin

Hi All member of LibreOffice Design Mailing List,

One area of reason why LibreOffice is still lacked of interest from
average user is the absence of professional and modern default template
especially in Impress module. From which I read in many forums/social
media, this one is a huge drawback for user. Ya, there was an
improvement of course comparing to the OpenOffice.org Impress default
template. But overall I often to hear many complains and dissatisfaction
over there. So, for this reason I've spent my time to create a subset of
(hopefully) professional and modern template in Inkscape. All license is
CC-BY-SA.

Hopefully these templates will be included in the next iteration of
