[Bug 45962] Re: Context menu opened when a window edge is left-clicked

2006-05-22 Thread Sebastien Bacher
I had this discussion with upstream when they made possible to place the
window manager bar out of the screen. Usuability studies show than right
click is not as discoverable as you think (probably the reason of the 1
button mouses from Apple) and GNOME upstream recommend make all the
useful actions available from somewhere else than the context menu

If you want to discuss it better to go upstream, we will no override
upstream on that

Daniel, in the folder of my screenshot, there is two sets of icone, the one on

Hi,

Does this issue persist on the latest Dapper Beta too? Thank you for
reporting this bug.

(Note: what would be the right package for such language bugs in GNOME?)

[Bug 46103] [dapper] imap messages don't display in Inbox

2006-05-22 Thread Morgan Collett
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I connect to my IMAP server using Evolution. It displays Inbox and all
my subfolders. I can view messages in the subfolders but when I select
the Inbox no messages appear. It does however display the number of
unread messages correctly.

[Bug 14412] Re: The trashcan does not have a restore function

2006-05-22 Thread auburn
I think this is a pretty essential feature. I think a modern gui-based
OS *should* have this. (not that I'm critizing anyone; I just think this
should be raised up the priority list.)

Both evolution calendar:///?startdate=$(date +%Y%m%dT%H%M%SZ) and the
calendar give me the previous date.

[Bug 42115] Re: Clicking on date in calendar applet open previous date in Evolution

2006-05-22 Thread Sean
I can confirm and I'm also using en_US.UTF-8 and my time zone is
America/New_York (Eastern). When I run:

evolution calendar:///?startdate=$(date +%Y%m%dT%H%M%SZ

It opens the previous day in Evolution. Same goes for opening Evolution
from the calendar applet in the Gnome panel -- previous day.
