Hello Sebastian, thanks for your interest in the bug: The information you requested: 1) I'm using totem-xine backend becuase DVD menus wasn't working with gstreamer (but i think i remember that the bug was also there with the gstreamer backend) 2) Yes, i'm using fullscreen mode. I've experienced the same behaviour. Not sure if it's exactly the same error, as I'm not used to read core dumps. I hope this is the right thread, as you can find a couple if you search for startup. Gaim was running on system shutdown, on startup i got the crash report. No skype here. What was a bit weird: First startup didn't work, the system seemed to be frozen. I had to push the power button, even Ctrl-Alt-SysReq + RSEIUB didn't work. The error should on ly be notified by an error icon in nex to the podcast (as is already the case), and cleared once the problem is gone.
