[Bug 1529169] [NEW] Highlighting of brackets in files of programming languages

Opening and closing brackets are highlighted in gedit, but when a bracket is
inside single or double quotes, it is'nt ignored but it should be, for most of
the programming languages.
Eg: ("ubu)ntu") - The closing bracket within quotes is highlighted.

On Ubuntu 15.10 I also have three monitors, one of which (the primary monitor) is centred above the other two. I'm using Intel® HD Graphics 4600 graphics processor.
