[Bug 1971434] Re: Display powersave only blanks, but does not turn off

2024-03-25 Thread Daniel van Vugt
Yes I too have believed for years there must be a feedback problem
causing this. The reason it's still not fixed is just that it's so
rare... every time I try to debug it the problem doesn't happen at all.

[Bug 991471] Re: multi-device btrfs filesystem automatically mounted once for each device

2024-03-25 Thread Alfonso R. Reyes
The problem is not confined to Ubuntu.
I am seeing the same problem in Fedora SilverBlue 38 and Fedora SilverBlue 39.

The problem is restricted to `btrfs` only; other partitions such as
ext3, ext4, NTFS look fine.

[Bug 2058923] [NEW] Clicking 'App Details' from the Apps tab does not work

2024-03-25 Thread James Paton-Smith
Public bug reported:

This was tested on Ubuntu 24.04 with all current updates applied.

To reproduce the issue:
- Open gnome-control-centre
- Navigate to the 'Apps' section
- Click on any app
- Click the 'App Details' button

The system will open the snap-store front-page, but won't show the given
apps details. This seems to be the same for both .deb and Snap packages.
