Installed update which fixed <super>+space layout switching bug. Now, for example, can't save all documents in Eclipce with <ctrl>+<shift>+s, or open new terminal tab by <ctrl>+<shift>+t, this hotkeys just switching layout. I'm set switching to <ctrl>+<shift>
