Binary package hint: gnome-panel
When accessing the Application and Places menu on the gnome panel,
icons are shown on the left side of the menu entries, this is not the
case when you access the System menu, icons are, however, shown within
the sub menus Preferences and Administration.
It is however possible to turn these icons on by accessing the Change
Desktop Background option (right click on desktop, and tick the Show
icons in menus under the Interface tab.
Shouldn't icons be shown under the System menu in gnome panel by
default, for the sake of consistency within the gnome-panel?
