[Bug 321997] Re: SSH keys cannot be imported

2010-07-06 Thread Alberto Salvia Novella
** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: seahorse
-
- Public SSH keys can't be imported into Seahorse, either copying or from
- the File dialog.

When copying any public key from Launchpad directly in the Trusted
keys tab, the key is somehow changed or interpreted as an OpenPGP key.

- When tyring to import it via the File Import dialog in Hardy there is
- an Invalid file format error. The file I try to import is named
- pubkey.asc, saved using the Save this page feature in Firefox when
- displaying public keys in Launchpad.
+ When trying to import it via the File/Import dialog in Ubuntu version
+ 8.04, there is an Invalid file format error. The file tried to import
+ was saved using the Save this page feature in Firefox when displaying
+ public keys in Launchpad.

- When tyring to import it via the File Import dialog in Intrepid it
- silently fails.
+ When trying to import it via the File/Import dialog in Ubuntu version
+ 8.10 or 10.04, the process silently fails.

- This may be related to Bug #150654 , Bug #230537 or both.
-
- I am filing a new bug as I am only interested in public keys importing,
- as a part of setting up public key authentication for SSH
- access/tunneling.
+ This bug may be related with #150654 and #230537.

Perhaps it's; but I can't test it since no hardware acceleration is
supported by free drivers with my graphic processor, so I can't enable
Compiz in this case. The only I can said is no bug appear with free
drivers with Compiz disabled.

[Bug 569780] Re: Bad graphics in the upper bar

2010-04-26 Thread Alberto Salvia Novella
When there isn't corruption, clicking on the first icon makes to appear
a menu with the Preferences, About and Take a break now options.
Clicking on the second opens Empathy.

When there's corruption, I don't know for sure since I don't know how to
reproduce the bug, which happens time to time. When it happens again,
I'll try.

One important aspect is the first icon appeared two times in the bar
only when I tried moving all the elements looking for the shut-down
button, which I couldn't found and was supposed to be in
fast_user_switch_screen0, exactly where the corruption takes place
every time.
