Public bug reported: With an PDF file like testpics.pdf, which contains a image on every page, scrolling in the preview area results in that area being empty. If you put a file into the template folder in your home directory a New Document menu item will show up under New Folder. This contains the template, that you placed in the template folder AND a menu entry for creating an empty document.
