[Bug 1026310] Re: right-click opens new_folder but not new_file

If you put a file into the template folder in your home directory a New 
Document menu item will show up under New Folder. This contains the 
template, that you placed in the template folder AND a menu entry for creating 
an empty document.
I guess this is a bug if you consider, that you always should be able to create 
an empty document at least .
