[Bug 1225588] [NEW] Wakeup key press passes through lock screen
Public bug reported: When I use the super or alt keys to wake up from sleep, the lock screen comes up as usual. However, upon successfully logging in, the Dash or alt-menu will be open, when they definitely weren't open before the sleep. I would expect that keys I press to wake up don't get passed through the lock screen to the desktop. [Bug 230459] Re: Segmentation fault: Gedit, open office close when creating a new file
Here's a backtrace of Gedit. Simply started program and clicked on Open button. Can open a file through file browser but if I try and do a save as, program just dies. [Bug 210973] [NEW] failed import photos-not responding on close
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: f-spot My stuff and my experience: - Dell Optiplex GX260 1.8Ghz/2Gbs RAM - Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04 LTS - Kodac EasyShare C433 - Plugged it in, it was detected, but no auto-import was initiated (not a problem, but that functionality was present in 7.10) - F-Spot gave GUI error [Could not lock the device while connecting to camera] - this is when trying to use the import function in F-spot - Tried to close the app, but it stopped responding - force-closed it, and thus the bug report tool came up, so here I am! --- I attempted to import again from F-Spot, but this time I ran it from the terminal to see any errors: It Worked! - Still produced a Segmentation fault when closed though. --- Tried again, without the terminal: It imported photos fine (but with a slight delay - thought it was going to crash because the app went grey for a moment) and then it closed fine. Interesting. - Just a note: still no auto-import function. Is this normal? I'll read up on it. Thanks everyone! Long Live Open Source!
