I've reconsidered the picture a couple of times, and I cannot see any error. The last line around the exploded mine is 1 M M 2 1 1, and just above it is 1 3 4 4 M 2. I just mark this bug as "invalid", because I can't see any error; the player probably made a mistake. I have tagged bug #291145 and bug #296082 as duplicates, it is apparently the same symptoms.
