[Bug 291840] Re: gphoto2 backend unable to mount MTP audio player

2009-03-17 Thread Arve Bersvendsen
Pleasse also see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gvfs/+bug/330383 --- treating
devices as MTP just because they can is in itself a bug. MTP completely
breaks devices, and shouldn't be turned on except as a last option.

[Bug 330383] Re: MTP is preferred over UMS/MSC

2009-03-17 Thread Arve Bersvendsen
The situation here is deteriorating: My NWZ-S618F is now completely
useless: Nautilus tries to open it as gphoto2://[usb:002,006]/,
Rhythmbox won't recognize it as an audio player, and the workaround
presented in this bug no longer works.

[Bug 323236] Re: Panel cannot be moved to another monitor anymore

2009-02-06 Thread Arve Bersvendsen
Sebastien: While the original reporter may have been unaware of the
modifier key, I'd say this report is still valid. Even when holding
the modifier key down, I was unable to drag a panel from my external
monitor back onto my laptop screen.
