[Bug 612796] Re: Evolution + Google Calendar timezone problem
This issue seems to be more an issue where the client that sends the meeting request is using the incorrect timezone. I noticed that this was mostly happening when one specific colleague of mine invited me to meetings, but it never happened when anyone else invited me to meetings. It turns out that my colleague was using Blackberry mobile phone, which seemed to be the root cause of the issue. This specific problem is not limited to the native Google Calendar support within Evolution. After I experienced the problem described in this bug report using the native Google Calendar support, I then used CalDAV to configure a calendar to interface with my Google Calendar, but experienced the exact same problem as with the native Google Calendar. I am also using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Lucid Lynx amd64.
