I use Nautilius to burn from side menu. This bug exists in Ubuntu for quite long already. Definitelly used to be in 11.04. In my case there is no eject button on CD itself. I've got Dell Studio 1558 and it has a slot CD with a button on a keyboard. Works fine for any other activity but after burning I get the error as above and need to reboot the system to get the CD/DVD out. Only "Recovery Console" works. After run "Recovery Console", and type "gnome-session" in console, the problem is the same as previous, but I could get logs from run. I confirm this bug is present is gedit 2.30.3 Paste function sometimes does not seem to paste text, but if you change tab and go back to the tab you were pasting in, the pasted text will show at the current position of a cursor. It is reproducible. I always got this error when: I connect do another machine using sftp. Then I cut some flies from local PC and paste into mounted direct location. The copying operation will be finished correctly but the local OS stop to display the files and folders on the Destcop. It's doesn't matter where I cutted the files from. Desktop will always fail. Right now I have valgrind log, but as I see it is truncated, so I will make correct one soon. I think that problem is related to some polish letters, and it can be connected with not displaying some names in menu (see attachment - menu_no_entries.png).
