The bug in 10.04-LTS at least is most noticeable in two screen mode for
me. It seems to be when the screen used for full-screen mode is below
another screen, so the mouse slips between the two screens and very
rarely (aarrggh!) hits the right spot. For the record, I have 1920x1200
above a 1200x800.
ps An easy fix might be to have a (configurable) hot key which can be
for the fullscreen toggle only, in addition to the existing option which
enables all ht keys. It would be good to have this regardless.
