Public bug reported: I'm running Ubuntu 17.04. I changed to Gnome classic in the login screen, then logged in, logged out and chose regular Gnome, but I keep logging in Gnome classic every time. That's happening to me after clean install of dapper. Nothing useful in the logs but the .xsession-errors.
