[Bug 1312943] [NEW] onscreen icons appear huge while playing a video
Public bug reported: When I play a video in totem in fullscreen mode, if I press the spacebar to pause I get a huge icon taking up to 60% of the screen. [Bug 707232] Re: Netbook image - no valid session found
I tried using the gnome3 PPA for a couple of hours and noticed it was causing multiple crashes to the desktop, so I purged the PPA and restored the old versions of the installed packages using synaptic. For some reason now I keep getting the error message whenever I try using the ubuntu entry in the login window. I can still use the ubuntu classic just fine. But I really like the new look and want to get to work again. Is there anything I need to do or is this a bug? BTW. Let's start with, I don't care what do you do. You just seem to know what you're talking about (That's more than enough) as for the verbose output of the gnome-power-manager, I've attached it to this comment. But as for the upower I get the following message when trying to run it in verbose mode: TI:21:20:19 FI:egg-debug.c FN:egg_debug_post_parse_hook,415 - Verbose debugging 1 (on console 1) Doesn't make any sense to me but maybe someone can make something out of it. [Bug 509522] Re: [lucid] nautilus crashed with SIGSEGV in g_closure_invoke()
I just had nautilus open. I right clicked a folder and clicked on the compress. The compression dialog did its job fine and when it closed I noticed the temp file was still showing. [Bug 376145] Re: gvfs-gdu-volume-monitor crashed with SIGSEGV in gdu_pool_get_presentables()
I've done the second part but it's saying you should go back to the application window in which you started the process and inform it that you have done your part of the process. I have no idea what does that mean. Anyway, I just start transmission, go to the Preferences window I get the error: (transmission:5581): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_tree_sortable_set_sort_column_id: assertion `GTK_IS_TREE_SORTABLE (sortable)' failed (transmission:5581): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_tree_sortable_set_sort_column_id: assertion `GTK_IS_TREE_SORTABLE (sortable)' failed But it doesn't cause any problems. Then switch to the Network tab try changing the port, click Test Port, wait till it's done, then click it again, while it's doing the test just close the preferences dialog. Give a couple of seconds until the test is complete and you've got your error Segmentation fault (core dumped) -- gvfs-gdu-volume-monitor crashed with SIGSEGV in gdu_pool_get_presentables() https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/376145 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
