[Bug 1738629] [NEW] Cannot drag and drop files into open windows.

When trying to drag and drop a file into an open window, the file
appears to go behind the window and the mouse then becomes unresponsive
when over the main desktop; a restart is required to return to normal
use. The only way to move files at the moment it copy and paste.

I am using pop... I am not sure what behind a proxy means; I am new
to this, so when I set up evolution mail, I used the default settings
which came up for my yahoo accounts.
