I confirm that the procedure post by : gticlayauri wrote on 2008-04-30: (permalink) work for me. First I remove an reinstall the samba. Then add the lines in the smb.conf file. With the gui I still cant see the pcs in the windows workgroup, but if I wrote in the nautilus smb://ip direction..... the shared foldes shows in the windows and I have access. The shared folders are in Ubuntu 7.04 and Winows 98 SE. Thanks gticlayauri.
