@Norbert I have Laptop with 16.04. And Alt+Shift, Alt+Shift+Tab are working ok. I have also tested it with new default installation in Virtualbox. And it also works fine. So. This problem is still here. I found following situation: On older 16.04 layout is changing with releasing Control/Shift/Alt keys. In 18.04 layout is changing while pressing key combination. May be it is setting somewhere in X.org? Is it possible to find and change it?
