This bug affects me as well! No resume templates, no letter heading,
nothing.

[Bug 709737] [NEW] Graphical Search Progress

As I use Evince very, very often, I've noticed that when I search for
text in my large documents, that a text progress appears at the bottom
of the screen. I'm assuming that this is a logarithmic search for text,
and since incremental progress can be displayed (as text, currently)
that it be replaced with a progress and an indicator of how much time
would be remaining for the current search to be completed. Also, instead
of having it pop up constantly, it can tell if the search operation will
take an extremely short time (say 30 milliseconds) and show only
'Searching...' instead. I feel that such a little feature would enhance
the user experience of Evince greatly.
