I think my description is clear enought but okay I try to describe it again in detail. I'm testing Ubuntu Hardy alpha with all updates in VMware. I have a clean install with only some extra packages installed. I get a error message when I follow the following steps: 1. Open Menu and drag an application. For example "Accessories/Terminal" 2. Drop the icon on the desktop. In Gutsy the icon appers on the desktop and you can start it like from the main menu. In Hardy I get an error message: "Error while copying to "/". There was an error getting information about the destination. > Show more details ^ < The specific location is not supported" (see attachment for screenshot). Same here - I installed Louie from http://cheeseshop.python.org/pypi/Louie and I was able to enable the plugin - but it does not find my Mediatomb server and there is no gui- configuration avaliable... This seems to be only, when the picture is the onlyest in the folder. console output: $ eog 15000-Unwetterhimmel.jpg save exif data (eog:9143): Eog-CRITICAL **: eog_wrap_list_set_current_image: assertion `EOG_IS_IMAGE (image)' failed I think the error message comes, becouse when there are more pictures in a folder eog switches to the next after safing - in a folder where only one picture exists it failes. And after this action the print menu does not work anymore.
