[Bug 1722353] Re: Screen blanking and/or screen lock crashes gnome-shell user session on wayland - Ubuntu 17.10 beta
Just retested a few times. EVERY time I turn of my monitor, the session dies. Therefore I think my issue might be related to that my monitor has an auto off function. [Bug 1722353] Re: Screen blanking and/or screen lock crashes gnome-shell user session on wayland - Ubuntu 17.10 beta
I had the same issue in an Intel integrated graphics card (Core i3-2120T). My whole session would just die. My system is in Danish, so I am unsure if it is the power saving option mentioned by @emanuel-pirsch I have disabled, but I went to the power settings and disabled the second option that translated says something like "Dim monitor on inactivity". I have investigated further, and it seems like all my settings in gnome- power-preferences are ignored when I boot my computer on battery power. [Bug 424283] Re: totem loses sound when seeking in mkv which has embedded mp3 layer
I can confirm the bug exactly as described. However my .mkv files have mpeg 1 layer 2 sound (stereo, 128 kbps, 48000 Hz). Video is H264. When the file is .mp4 with video H.264 / AVC and sound MPEG-4 AAC audio, there's no problem. [Bug 29809] Window size (mayby placement) is not saved on logoff.
Public bug report changed: https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/29809 Comment: First of all: Must it be right after I log in? Next: I have played a little with theese numbers, meaning: shut down Gaim, changed the numbers and started it again. Result: it changes size, but when I use the values that were there when I opened the file, the windowssize of the Buddylist is as I want it. By the way, there are more than one place with width and height prefs, so i grabbed those from pref name='blist': pref name='width' type='int' value='364' / pref name='height' type='int' value='691' / Now I remember it i think the problem started when I added an extra harddrive to my fstab-file, but I don't have the slightest idea why.
