Does that mean that this is not a bug after all? [Bug 637702] Re: Prompted to unlock keyring twice on log in
After lucid - maverick upgrade, with autologin only, keyring password prompt appeared twice. In seahorse, I removed the vino.local and ubuntu one entries from the login keyring contents, and left only the wifi authentication tokens. This solved the issue for me.
