* Is this reproducible? I think it has something to do with help, so try and 
press f1 while in evolution or going to help, that may cause the crash.
* If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?

Is there any chance that you hit f1 while you were in evolution? f1
brings up the help, and it looks like you have a help file missing.
Could you open up evolution and hit f1 and see if this crash happens
again?
