[Bug 158564] Re: Clicking mouse does not always give clicked window focus

2008-08-17 Thread Kirk Bridger
I am now running Hardy and have not seen this issue occur, though it was
a fresh install and not an upgrade. As I can't reproduce it I think the
bug should be closed. Thanks for following up!

[Bug 172364] Podcast problem error dialogues should be combined

2007-11-27 Thread Kirk Bridger
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

When RB checks multiple podcast feeds for updates and encounters a
problem, it displays an error dialogue for each podcast it checked.
This can result in many error windows all saying essentially the same
thing if RB is monitoring a large number of feeds. If RB checks all
feeds at the same time, perhaps it would be possible to have a single
error dialogue for all the errors?

[Bug 158564] Clicking mouse does not always give clicked window focus

2007-10-29 Thread Kirk Bridger
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: metacity

Quite often (every few minutes) my mouse behaviour changes. Clicking an
open window does not give that window focus. If I click a non-focused
window and then use the keyboard or mouse, the events are passed to the
last application that (still) has focus. The newly clicked window does
not receive focus. I am able to use ALT-TAB to change focus, and the
window receives it normally.

[Bug 98858] Rhythmbox column width resizing needs refinement

2007-03-29 Thread Kirk Bridger
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

When resizing column widths in Rhythmbox, the neighbouring columns are
being changed as well. The nature of these changes are rather
unintuitive and unpredictable. I have captured a screencast of the
problem in action, and will attach to this bug.

[Bug 73679] Re: Unsafe Device Removal on read-only filesystems

2007-03-22 Thread Kirk Bridger
I was about to file a bug about this and found this one. When ejecting
a CDROM, it makes no sense to display an error about unsafe media
removal - it wasn't unsafe.

This was reported several months ago - is it possible to know if this is
planned on being addressed?
