I ordered train tickets from Deutsche Bahn from Internet and there was a
.ics calendar file attached, which seemed a nice addition. Evolution
tried to add it to my calendar, but the first event has wrong schedule
and the second one is missing completely. See the attached files.

I think I checked that when I had this problem. But because I actually
have to use my email on this computer, I had to remove evolution data
completely from my account and reconfigure it again. Now it works as
before the update.
