[Bug 644841] Re: Song position slider not working

2010-09-23 Thread Liam Dunn
Turns out this is due to rhythmbox not being able to tell the length of
quite a lot of my songs, which is due to the MP3s instead of rhythmbox
itself.

[Bug 639978] Re: Evolution mail Next and Previous wrong direction

I suppose this behaviour is because it makes intuitive sense to think of
next as going top to bottom. If you want next to go to a newer message,
just order them the other way around.

[Bug 645695] Re: Gedit 2.30.3 does not highlight the first spelling error found. Subsequent spelling errors are highlighted correctly.

2010-09-22 Thread Liam Dunn
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, we cannot work on this bug because your
description didn't include enough information. You may find it helpful
to read How to report bugs effectively
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful
if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.

We have instructions on debugging some types of problems at
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures

At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the
problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).
Thanks!

[Bug 644841] [NEW] Song position slider not working

2010-09-21 Thread Liam Dunn
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

The slider used to indicate position in the song, and skip to a
different position in the song, is not working. It stays on the left,
and does not respond to clicks. The small text box on the right, just
above it, that shows position in the song in Minutes:Seconds, works
fine.
