[Bug 384761] [NEW] fn-webcam does not work

2009-06-08 Thread MKersloot
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

fn+camera does give a XF86WebCam. If I go to the shortcuts app, add
webcam: /usr/bin/cheese activate the Shortcut field and press fn+camera
it does insert XF86WebCam.

But! if I close the shortcuts app and press fn+camera, nothing happens.
And to make it stranger. If I assign f.e. Ctrl+W it does work and if i
then assign XF86WebCam again it does work (jippie) .. till the next
reboot (boo).

Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope
Keyboard Shortcuts gnome-control-center 1:2.26.0-0

** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Undecided
 Status: New

[Bug 31180] Re: gdm-setup not working in dapper

2006-07-10 Thread MKersloot
At the moment, with gdm 2.14.9-0ubuntu1, there is no option in the login screen
to configure gdm.
The menu option after logged in does work.

[Bug 31180] gdm-setup not working in dapper

2006-03-14 Thread MKersloot
Public bug report changed:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/31180

Comment:
Just a me-too. Using gdm in dapper. Package:
gdm 2.13.0.9-0ubuntu5.

Setting the root password and using that crashes gdmsetup.

Public bug report changed:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/32466

Bug 12893 and others are about not creating a trash. This one is about
not showing it in the applet when there is content in the trash.

[Bug 32468] [breezy] problems during mounting are not shown

2006-02-22 Thread MKersloot
Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/32468

Affects: gnome-volume-manager (Ubuntu)
   Severity: Normal
   Priority: (none set)
 Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
I mounted an USB stick with some problems on the filesystem:
[4294838.092000] FAT: Filesystem panic (dev sdd1)
[4294838.092000] fat_free_clusters: deleting FAT entry beyond EOF
[4294838.092000] File system has been set read-only

but it didn't show any error while mounting, so it took quite some time
to find out why I couldn't delete some files.
