This is no longer happening. I haven't installed any relevant
packages/updates since this happened. Can no longer reproduce.

Seen in artful alpha.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Files (nautilus)
2. Right-click an item in the left panel such as "Desktop"
3. Observe right-click menu has appeared.
4. Click on a menu item such as "Properties"
5. menu disappears, nothing happens.

What I expected:
Desktop properties window should appear.

Observations:
* Menu items do not react to hover-over, do not act like regular menu items.
* Seen in ambiance theme, but also tried with adwaita and observed no 
difference.
