[Bug 1436467] Re: Why is libaccounts-glib0 a hard dependancy of an image viewer?
Thank you for reporting this issue. This is actually used by the publishing plugin, so it is required: ldd /usr/lib/shotwell/plugins/builtin/shotwell-publishing.so | grep libaccounts libaccounts-glib.so.0 = /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libaccounts-glib.so.0 (0x7f1e51cb6000) Debian doesn't seem to have this library, so it can't build in support for it. The library itself is only 38k and doesn't bring in anything that unusual (Depends: libc6 (= 2.17), libglib2.0-0 (= 2.37.3), libsqlite3-0 (= 3.5.9), libxml2 (= 2.7.4)). Please report any other issues you may find. ** Changed in: shotwell (Ubuntu) Status: New = Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to shotwell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1436467 Title: Why is libaccounts-glib0 a hard dependancy of an image viewer?
