[Bug 576765] [NEW] Rhythmbox indicator icon doesn't show/hide application window - usability regression

2010-05-06 Thread Mike.lifeguard
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

This is the same as Bug #576762:

When the icon for Rhythmbox was displayed in the notification area in
Karmic and earlier, left-clicking it activated the default action
(show/hide main window). In Lucid, this simply displays the menu
(previously, a right-click performed this action). This is a usability
regression because the default action requires a click, a point within
the menu, and another click, where previously the same action required
only one. Please see the conversation beginning at
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=9241621#post9241621

[Bug 432184] Re: System Monitor's network history graph always starts at zero

2009-12-03 Thread Mike.lifeguard
Yep, same on Karmic.

I guess the software must start with a value of zero which then gets
replaced by real data - but that zero gets graphed. So don't start
graphing until you have a real data point.

[Bug 432184] [NEW] System Monitor's network history graph always starts at zero

2009-09-17 Thread Mike.lifeguard
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

The network history graph always begins at zero KB/s, then increases to
the current value, then tracks that value through time. Compare this to
memory and CPU, which both start at the current value then track it.

Please ensure the graph shows the current value as soon as it starts
being drawn, rather than beginning at zero.
