[Bug 1135255] [NEW] nautilus global menubar menu disapears after running for about 6 days
Public bug reported: After starting and logging in to unity3D desktop everything is fine. After running for about 6 days or so, clicking on the nautilus icon in the unity menu bar on the left opens the file manager as expected. However when going to the nautilus global menu on the top panel, the menus are gone and are replaced with a dark brown stub. See attached screenshot. The only way I know how to get the menus back is by logging out and then back in again. Eager to cooperate in solving this annoying bug. I checked the couchdb database and there still there, there just not showing up in Evolution. I don't do anything unusual with Evolution. This has happened before. It happens when I start Evolution. I am very aware that hell would freeze over before this SRU request would be accepted. It's too bad that the SHA1 patch came too late for 10.04. I don't how easy an attack against SHA1 would be, would it be acceptable to wait 3 years if attacks against SHA1 are still hard enough as to not worry about it?
