Completely broke my 16.04 to 16.10 upgrade. Really bad. Thankfully I
backed the VM up.

There are no AMD 64 packages with libjavaplugin_oji.so in it :( Maybe
I'm reading this wrong?  This file does not exist on my system as of
April 8th and sun-java6-jdk installed.
