Yes, the problem is when russian layout set as main (first). When I set
USA, or spanish layout first Ctrl-c works fine. For test I use command
"vnstat -l -i wlan0" or "ping 8.8.8.8".

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

When keyboard layout set to different from USA in gnome-terminal don't
work Ctrl-C to stop bash script.

I have russian as main keyboard layout and USA as second. I open gnome-
terminal, switch to USA layout, run script (or just ping) and press
Ctrl-C. In terminal print 'c' letter and don't stop script.
