I too had the same problem in intrepid. Thanks to persia in ubuntu-motu channel, i was able to make it appear. I had two entries for epiphany in menu editor one was checked and other not. epiphany browser - Checked epiphany browser(Gecko) - Not Checked I checked the Gecko also and two entries appeared in Applications-Internet. I again invoked menu editor and unchecked Gecko. After that only one entry remained in the Applications-Internet and is working fine.
