[Bug 539843] Re: Lenovo ThinkPad X200T laptop with critical battery goes into hibernation whenever I plug in the power cord
Also potentially affects gnome-power-manager. Trying to add that to the list. ** Package changed: devicekit-power (Ubuntu) = gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) ** Also affects: devicekit-power Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Lenovo ThinkPad X200T laptop with critical battery goes into hibernation whenever I plug in the power cord https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/539843 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 539843] Re: Lenovo ThinkPad X200T laptop with critical battery goes into hibernation whenever I plug in the power cord
I have no idea how to make a bug to affect multiple packages, like in #481056. Launchpad's UI sucks. ** Package changed: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) = devicekit-power (Ubuntu) -- Lenovo ThinkPad X200T laptop with critical battery goes into hibernation whenever I plug in the power cord https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/539843 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 339170] Re: Choppy playback with gstreamer apps over pulseaudio links
I just upgraded to pulseaudio-0.9.15 from Luke Yelavich's PPA (https://launchpad.net/~themuso/+archive/ppa), and can confirm this bug also with that version. -- Choppy playback with gstreamer apps over pulseaudio links https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/339170 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gst-plugins-good0.10 in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 339170] Re: Choppy playback with gstreamer apps over pulseaudio links
I can't confirm it right away in Karmic, because neither of the boxes where I'm trying to use run Karmic. I may try to get two live-cd's later to test that. But the boxes now run Jaunty, so I can confirm it in that: it's chopping exactly the same way as it did in Intrepid. And I just spotted a small error in my original report: where I said “Ekiga”, I really meant “Exaile”. But the application does not really matter; if it is a gstreamer app, it suffers of this problem. If it is aplay, pacat or paplay, it doesn't. -- Choppy playback with gstreamer apps over pulseaudio links https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/339170 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gst-plugins-good0.10 in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 339170] [NEW] Choppy playback with gstreamer apps over pulseaudio links
Public bug reported: I have a Pulseaudio link between two Intrepid boxes. If play raw audio over it with Aplay or Paplay, playback is flawless. But if I use Gstreamer apps—I've tried Ekiga and Banshee—the playback has a chop once in every three minutes or so. This does not occur during local playback, but only when using remote Pulseaudio servers. It is highly annoying; I hope that I could redirect the sound to stdout so that I could redirect it to paplay to work around this problem, because paplay works! During the chop network output drops (see attached image), so I assume Pulse has no data to send, and this is a Gstreamer bug rather than Pulse. ** Affects: gst-plugins-good0.10 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Choppy playback with gstreamer apps over pulseaudio links https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/339170 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gst-plugins-good0.10 in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

Sheesh. [Bug 37227] Re: unnamed imap folder
I have a rather interesting case regarding this bug… I've two accounts on the same server (server is Debian-supplied Dovecot on Etch using maildirs as mail storage format), but in Evolution (Intrepid) only one of them shows the unnamed empty folder as subscribed! The other shows it as unsubscribed, so even though it still exists for Evolution's point of view, it is not such a nuisance. I checked the “subscription” files on server, and there is nothing unusual in either of them that would explain this (I've root access to the server). And yes, I've this problem on my Gmail/IMAP account, too. -- unnamed imap folder https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/37227 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
