[Bug 1873658] Re: Deb Files are not associated with an application that manages packages
Just to confirm, I'm using pure Ubuntu 20.04 and not any of the flavours. I'm happy to assist in any testing of the flavours if you would like me to. Just let me know. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to desktop-file-utils in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1873658 Title: Deb Files are not associated with an application that manages packages To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/desktop-file-utils/+bug/1873658/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

Re: [Bug 1782585] Re: nautilus slice error copying files
Hi Daniel, It can't be a USB fault as copying is fine using 'cp' at a terminal and the error occurs copying to hard disk in nautilus. As attached. Triggering the error does not write anything to dmesg. [Bug 1782585] [NEW] nautilus slice error copying files
Public bug reported: When copying certain files under Nautilus a 0 byte file is created and error 'Error splicing file: Input/output error' is reported. It is not clear what sort of drives are affected but it certainly occurs copying to Dropbox and to a USB flash drive (NTFS). Doing the copy with 'cp' at a terminal works fine. All files tried are normal photos and docs, nothing large. [Bug 1232191] [NEW] Bug reporting fails to find webpage
Public bug reported: Im using Beta 2 of 13.10. Rhythmbox brought up an error when I tried to play a radio stream. It offered to report the bug which I did. It then said the bug had already been reported. It said it would show details on a webpage. Firstly Firefox did not open automatically and secondly when I did open FireFox it opened the following page: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1199159 This page says the bug does not exist. I hope this helps?
