[Bug 1087920] Re: gimp crashes after save as
Hi, This might be a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gimp/+bug/912909 . Could you try a couple of things? First, it would help to get a stack trace. Open a terminal and run gimp --stack-trace-mode always, try to save as and copy here the lines you get in the terminal. Second, look through the comments on the bug I have mentioned. Maybe a suggestion from there might fix your problem. Related bugs: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=674793 - this was fixed in Adwaita, then later it was rolled back. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/light-themes/+bug/988240 (i marked this as a duplicate). Seems like an easy fix in the theme styling, unless there is some other underlying technical reason for which they had to roll back the fix in Adwaita. ** Bug watch added: GNOME Bug Tracker #674793 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=674793 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1052481 Title: Nautilus's split pane lacks an indicator for the active pane To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts/+bug/1052481/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 1052481] Re: Nautilus's split pane lacks an indicator for the active pane
What has to be done is simply adding something like: .nautilus-inactive-pane .view { background-color: shade (@bg_color, 0.8); } in the gtk-3.0/apps/nautilus.css file for the Ambiance theme. Varying the coefficient (0.8) will make it lighter/darker. Or we could use another color instead of the default bg_color. After doing some googling, it seems that the extra pane does not exist in Nautilus 3.6 (https://live.gnome.org/Nautilus/Roadmap/3.6 and there's also a discussion here http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2012/08/ubuntu-12-10 -may-ship-with-older-but-more-featured-nautilus). Probably this is why the styling was removed from Adwaita trunk. So, we should ask around if Ubuntu plans to stay with 3.4 for raring, otherwise this bug has no relevance. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1052481 Title: Nautilus's split pane lacks an indicator for the active pane To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts/+bug/1052481/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 75654] Re: deleted songs listed again when using library watch
Karim, This is indeed another problem. Regarding avoiding missing entries, you can delete them from inside Rhythmbox (right click-Move To Trash). Rhythmbox settings are in ~/.local/share/rhythmbox . [Bug 1068070] Re: Rhythmbox hangs before changing to next song
Hello, Thanks for reporting this. It would be helpful if you could install debug symbols also for glib-2.0 and get a new stacktrace. [Bug 1067514] Re: Gimp crashes after saving file
Hello, Can you please add a stacktrace to your report? To do this, launch GIMP from the command line, with the flag --stack- trace-mode=yes. Now when GIMP crashes, you'll see a question in the terminal asking you if you want to print a stack trace. Print it and attach it to your bug report. [Bug 1062717] Re: shotwell crashes on start
Hello, Can you please follow these steps, to provide more information about the crash? Install debug symbols for GLib and GTK+ if possible. On Ubuntu, you can do this by installing the libglib2.0-0-dbg and libgtk2.0-0-dbg packages. Run Shotwell under GDB: $ SHOTWELL_LOG=1 gdb shotwell 21 | tee shotwell.gdb Type “run” at the (gdb) prompt. Make the crash happen or in the case of a hang, press Ctrl-C to return to the GDB console. In GDB, generate a backtrace: (gdb) backtrace full Type “quit” at the (gdb) prompt. Attach the files shotwell.gdb and ~/.cache/shotwell/shotwell.log to the bug report. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to shotwell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1062717 Title: shotwell crashes on start To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/shotwell/+bug/1062717/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
