Since upgrading to Ubuntu 13.10/gedit 3.8.3 external tools won't be run
if the Save option is set to All documents. If the setting it to
None or Current documents then the tool will run again.

When viewing a large image (such as
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/e8/Pano_Baalbek_1.jpg)
in full screen (1 on 1), the right side of the image is not correctly
displayed, when scrolling all the way to the right.

What seems to be happening it that I'm able to scroll too far to the
right. The corrupted part of the image actually does not exist: the
original image ends where the corruption starts.

Reproducibility seems to depend on the zoom level and perhaps the part
of the image I was viewing before switching to full screen and method of
switching to full screen. Note that I have the Fullscreen with double-
click plugin enabled.

I can reliable reproduce this by opening the image linked above (opens
at a zoom level of 6%), change the zoom level to 1 on 1 with Ctrl-0,
switch to full screen by double-clicking and then scrolling all the way
to the right using the scrollbar.

I'm using Compiz and have a screen resolution of 1920x1200.
