[Bug 568799] Re: Quadrappasel, Unsmooth gameplay
I'm running ATI's drivers, and as the GEM page notes, I should be unaffected by the GEM leak (I'm not using the FOSS drivers, nor DRI2, as ATI uses DRI1). For good measure, I tried the command given to see if the leak exists, and was given a file not found error. It's all a moot point. I did some more updates, and Quadrapassel is now working (who in the world came up with that name anyways?). Thanks. [Bug 568799] [NEW] Quadrappasel, Unsmooth gameplay
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-games Installed Ubuntu 10.04 RC, and have checked for updates since install. Tried to play Quadrapassel, but unfortunately, was unable to, due to gameplay where the piece would be visible for a teeny bit of time, the view would disappear for a a little bit (less than three seconds), and then repeat (it appears, disappears, etc.). I do not know what could have caused this bug. I am running ATI's drivers. I have the package, quadrapassel, installed, version 1:2.30.0-0ubuntu6. Thanks. samcan ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: quadrapassel 1:2.30.0-0ubuntu6 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-21.32-generic 2.6.32.11+drm33.2 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-21-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: fglrx Architecture: amd64 Date: Thu Apr 22 21:30:29 2010 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx - Release Candidate amd64 (20100419.1) ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, user) LANG=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: gnome-games ** Affects: gnome-games (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug lucid -- Quadrappasel, Unsmooth gameplay https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/568799 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-games in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
