[Bug 103022] Task/Memo icons in Evolution in wrong order
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution I'm not sure if this really qualifies as a bug, but here goes. This happens in Edgy, not sure if it still holds for Feisty. At the bottom left of my evolution window are the icons for mail, contacts, calendar, memos, and tasks in that order. However, the default keyboard shortcuts for switching to these windows (listed under View - Windows) are respectively ctrl-1, ctrl-2, ctrl-3, ctrl-5, ctrl-4 So, even though the memos icon comes before the tasks icon, ctrl-4 gives the tasks window and ctrl-5 the memos window. It seems that since the memos icon is fourth on the list of icons, ctrl-4 should give memos and ctrl-5 tasks. Or, the location of the memos and tasks icons should be swapped. ** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Task/Memo icons in Evolution in wrong order https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/103022 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for evolution in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 94317] Editing recurring event in evolution results in duplicate entry in clock applet
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel I have a recurring event scheduled in my evolution calendar. If I edit one instance of this event, to say change the time for that one instance alone, the clock applet shows two entries -- an entry with the new time and the entry with the old time. The change is listed correctly in evolution, so the problem seems to be specific to the clock applet (or maybe the problem actually lies with evolution-data-server, please reassign if necessary). Steps to reproduce: 1. Create recurring event in evolution calendar. 2. Go to one entry for that recurring event and edit time for that one entry alone. 3. Clock applet will show that one entry twice -- once with old time and once with new time. Expected behavior: entry with old time should be removed from clock applet. ** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Editing recurring event in evolution results in duplicate entry in clock applet https://launchpad.net/bugs/94317 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 60341] Re: gnome-terminal window loses title
This is under Edgy with gnome-terminal 2.16.0-0ubuntu1, with no other apt repositories. Also, I use zsh insetad of bash. After some more investigating, I now see that this happens when using vim. In other words, opening and then closing vim causes this. So maybe this is a vim problem instead? It also happens without anything in my .vimrc, and I did not have this problem under dapper. -- gnome-terminal window loses title https://launchpad.net/bugs/60341 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 60341] gnome-terminal window loses title
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-terminal When gnome-terminal is first started, the window title reads Terminal. After a while though, the title completely disappears. This doesn't happen with other apps so it doesn't seem to be a metacity problem, but specific to gnome-terminal. This happens every time gnome-terminal is started. ** Affects: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu) Importance: Untriaged Status: Unconfirmed -- gnome-terminal window loses title https://launchpad.net/bugs/60341 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
