[Bug 1563218] [NEW] Rhythmbox doesn't offer a menu anymore
Public bug reported: Within the last two weeks, rhythmbox lost it's menu, so it's not possible to access the plugins, settings or anything else, except you know what the menu point was called - and press ALT, using the HUD to access the settings or whatever. Using the system menu to change, where the menu should be (window or top panel) has no effect. rhythmbox: Installiert: 3.3-1ubuntu6 Installationskandidat: 3.3-1ubuntu6 Versionstabelle: *** 3.3-1ubuntu6 500 500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04 Package: rhythmbox 3.3-1ubuntu6 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 4.4.0-15.31-generic 4.4.6 Uname: Linux 4.4.0-15-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.20-0ubuntu3 Architecture: amd64 CurrentDesktop: Unity Date: Tue Mar 29 10:02:29 2016 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/rhythmbox InstallationDate: Installed on 2016-03-16 (12 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS "Xenial Xerus" - Alpha amd64 (20160307) ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, user) SHELL=/bin/bash LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 LANGUAGE=de_DE XDG_RUNTIME_DIR= SourcePackage: rhythmbox UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug xenial -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to rhythmbox in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1563218 Title: Rhythmbox doesn't offer a menu anymore To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/1563218/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 746603] Re: empathy crashed with SIGABRT in raise()
1) Ubuntu 12.04 LTS - just after a fresh installation and with all the newest updates 2) empathy: Installiert: 3.3.92-0ubuntu3 unity-2d: Installiert: 5.8.0-0ubuntu1 3) You just start a new Unity 2D session. 4) Within two minutes after the start, you have this bugreport coming up. How to get this bug Before this bug is triggered, you have first to logout from a Unity 2D session - and then start a new one from LightDM. Now within 2 minutes, you normally should get this bug and send here. Condition: In the old session, you had empathy running, while in the new session you yet didn't start it. Sounds weird but is a fact. [Bug 838812] Re: rhythmbox-metadata crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_check_value()
1) Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Beta 1 (nightly build) 2) rhythmbox: Installiert: 2.96-0ubuntu3 3) I marked 10 mp3 files in a nautilus folder and let it rhythmbox play with the rightclick menu. 4) After starting rhythmbox, it went on importing my music directory, while also starting to play the selected music files. [Bug 949567] [NEW] Evince doesn't show up correctly in switcher, pressing ALT+TAB
Public bug reported: 1) Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Beta 1 (nightly build) 2) evince: Installiert: 3.3.90-0ubuntu3 unity: Installiert: 5.4.0-0ubuntu2 3) When I open a pdf, cbr or any other readable file with evince, the program starts and you can read the file. If you look at the launcher, there is not a filled pyramid left of the symbol, only a Work around The bug can be solved, right clicking the evince symbol in the launcher and checkboxing keep in launcher for evince. Now you can close and open evince, and the pyrymid is appearing left in the launcher beside the evince symbol. If you now press ALT+TAB, evince is in the switcher and selectable.
